Green spray hoses are made with thermoplastic core tubing. The inner core tube is wrapped with woven multi-layer textile mesh reinforcement to reduce core expansion, prevent breakage and provide flexibility. A second, thinner layer of textile material is then installed to bond to the exterior thermoplastic coating. The two fabric layers are not bonded together, which allows the high-pressure hose to expand and contract. High-pressure jet hose (unlike high-pressure hydraulic hose) is manufactured without the use of wire braid or mesh material to reduce the weight per foot of hose

Amjet’s use of high-strength one or two synthetic fiber-reinforced braids helps reduce volumetric expansion and eliminates strength loss due to moisture absorption. The hose cover is made of wear-resistant polyurethane material, which has excellent anti-cut, abrasion and mildew resistance. When you need extreme durability and abrasion resistance, this is a lightweight, durable hose with increased crush and cut resistance in harsh, demanding sewer cleaning environments. The hose is an ultra-slippery cover that allows the hose to be maneuvered around and through difficult sewer bends.
